What are the benefits of membership with TRX?
First and foremost, members have the flexibility to choose the software solutions that best suite their practices and our members can secure their
low cost membership in advance of tax season and decide later which product they wish to use. Downloadable versions of all
income tax software solutions are available here for evaluation.
In addition, members can select between two membership packages, Pro or Premium, to recieve access to more than just the basics.
More encompassing and growing practices can select the Premium Packages that include tax preparation and e-filing for businesse
s as well as accounting payroll, business management and CRM Software offerings
I like what I am using. Are you going to stop offering other vendors'
product as part of my membership?
We value our relationships with our vendors and understand that many of our members are quite happy with the software they
have been receiving. We hope and plan to continue those relationships in the future as long as they make economic sense for our business. However,
the ever-changing nature of our industry sometimes dictates that long-term contracts have to be revisited
and that can result in material changes to our business model. That is one of the primary reasons we now offer a proprietary
solution- so that we can protect our business and, more importantly, our customers in the event that contractual changes
with our vendors necessitate changes in our membership
pricing.
How does your service bureau fee program work?
Service bureau fees are a great way for our members to earn extra income. At their option, members may add a service
bureau fee of up to $99.00 on every return that includes a request for a nak product. When the bank product is funded
for the taxpayer, 65% of the service bureau fee is deposited directly into the member's bank account, while TRX receives 35%.
Suppose you do 100 bank product returns each year and elect to add a $50.00 fee to those returns. That means
you would earn an additional $3,250.00 annually

Can I add different service bureau fees for different customers?
Unfortunately, no. If you elect to add a service bureau fee, the amount you decide upon will be added to all returns for
which your customers elect a bank product and that bank product is successfully processed.
Did I hear something about some problems with the service bureau
fee in the past?
For the 2009 tax season, we allowed our members to charge service bureau fees for the first time ever. Unfortunately,
the program was not set up correctly, which resulted in some members not receiving their payments in a timely manner.
For the 2010 tax season, we corrected the issue so that members would receive thier fees directly from the processing
banks and there would not be a repeat of the 2009 problems. The program worked well and, as mentioned above, will
continue with direct payment from the banks to our members going forward.

I select with my membership?
The minimum system requirements are the same for each tax software option available to our members.
