TRX Pricelock Guarantee

Overview

The TRX PriceLock Guarantee program allows returning members the opportunity to lock-in the price of their membership in future years.  The program allows tax preparation professionals the peace of mind that comes from knowing the exact cost for purchasing tax preparation software each and every year without the need to worry about possible price changes. 

Pricing

Returning members purchasing the same software package as in the previous year can lock-in their previous year membership price by renewing before May 1st each year.  All new and returning members who purchase after May 1st each year will be subject to current year pricing figures.

Exclusions

• The TRX PriceLock Guarantee does not apply to shipping and handling charges which will always be assessed at the current year rates.

• TRX Pricelock packages are subject to change from year to year.

• Retired package options will not be offered in the current year to returning members, those affected will have the option of purchasing a non-retired package at previous year pricing.

• TRX reserves the right to adjust current year prices in order to remain competitive with industry standards.
