How to report an Audit or Notice
As soon as you receive a notice from the IRS or DOR contact Audit Screen Management Services. You must notify Audit Screen Management Services within 70 days after receiving any notice from the IRS or DOR regarding any return for the Audit Screen warranty coverage to be effective.
