What information do you gather in the website? How do you use it?
We gather information when you purchase the software, when you register for our online demo or when you leave a message in our contact us section. This information includes:

We request and retain this information so that we may respond to your concerns effectively, send emails confirmations about your demo registration and purchase, and provide customer support services.
During the online purchase your credit card transaction is processed by a third party vendor (authorize.net) and TRX Software doesn’t store any of your credit card information. We only save the transaction reference number provided by authorize.net for the credit card transaction done.

Who do you share my information with?
TRX Software does not sell or rent any personal information you provide on our web site to any other parties. We may share your information with partner companies as necessary in the course of our operations, including the execution of marketing programs, but these partner companies must comply with our privacy policy.
