I switched to TRX Pro Tax software last year (2010) and was so pleased with it that I availed myself of the early renewal discount for 2011 and RECOMMENDED TRX to several of my friends. I know of 1 who signed up for last year for 2010 and has signed up for 2011 ad at least 1 more who has signed up for 2011. When I visited the TRX website from my 2010 program I was redirected to the NEW TRX website. I noticed a box at the bottom which had TRX complaints but I couldn't find any place for testimonials. If you are interested, please contact me and I will prepare a testimonial for TRX. I have been using tax preparation software ever since it was first developed back in the 1980's, as the successor to the Service Bureau methods of DigiTax and DynaTax. The TRX product is as good as any I have ever used and more reasonably priced than most. In the past almost 30 years have used ATX, Drake, CCH, Tax Act, TaxExec, Tax Cut, Tax Wise, ProSeries, Lacerte, and TAASC until it was acquired by Intuit, among others. TAASC was excellent and when merged into ProSeries by Intuit was still very good. It was the Tax Software package I used for over 10 years, but the price increased from the Hundreds to the Thousands of dollars each year and were not a viable option for a low volume, cost conscious clientele practice like mine. TRX is as good as any I have ever used. It is easy to use. It is reasonably priced. It has electronic filing, review and audit checks, excellent printing capability AND MOST IMPORTANT is accurate and technically sound.

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Morgan O, for the excellent customer service she provided me when purchasing your product. Ms. O answered all my questions, worked with me in getting a payment schedule set up, and was professional through the entire process. This is my first year purchasing professional tax software so I had many questions and Morgan never hesitated to make herself avaliable to answer them even if I asked the same question twice. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.

I would also like to commend your company as a whole. You offer several options for both software and bank options. After reviewing your demo along with one of your competitors I choose you because of the bank options. Your competitor was willing to match your pricing but because your bank fees are less and you offer the PrepCollect (which is an amazing option) I decided to go with you. As a tax preparer I know how crucial customer service is in first impressions to get the client and continued customer service to retain the client. You have done both. I don't believe in over charging my clients and I feel you share the same philosophy. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with TRX Software for many years to come and will refer to you as well. Once again thank you for doing such a great job and continue to do so.
